

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for team members who can take orders and direction from the client and lead organizer. Applicants must be able to encourage clients to “let go” of things they no longer need. Fold clothes and linens professionally and help creatively re-organize clients’ space after purging things. Help remove clothes and other items to be donated or disposed of. Other duties as directed by the lead organizer. No organizing project is the same, and being adaptable and patient is essential. Even though we are looking for natural organizing talent, some training will be provided.

Even though we provide a luxury service, we seek applicants who are willing to get dirty on the job. We are looking for applicants that have the following:

Fluent in English, spoken and written
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to carry 40+ pounds
Able to climb ladders and step-stools and go upstairs
Able to work in environments with pets
You may be required to wear a face mask and shoe covers while on the job site
Have access to a vehicle with a current driver’s license, up-to-date insurance and registration, and be able to travel within Orange County to a job site
Social Media savvy is not required, but its a plus
A hard worker who can hustle and change from one task to another at a moment’s notice

Pay $25.00 per hour to start; raise depends on performance.
