ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you detail-oriented with an eye for style and a passion for helping others? Do you enjoy organizing and creating beautiful spaces? Are you compassionate and non-judgmental? If so, we need people like you to help our clients find calmness out of chaos in their space. If you are reliable and have a flexible schedule, this is your opportunity to make a difference and satisfy that organizing itch!


-Organize various rooms and spaces in residential homes and home offices
-Travel to the client’s home to do on-site organizing
-Shop/Return organizing supplies and products for clients
-Maintain personal supplies and equipment required in your organizing tool tote
-Have access to the internet, and computer in order to maintain communications with the team properly
-Look presentable and professional
-Have access to a vehicle with a current driver’s license, up-to-date insurance, and registration, and be able
to travel within Orange County to a job site. (Los Angeles is optional).
-Respond to team and client inquiries within 24 hours
-Fluent in English, spoken and written
-Able to stand for long periods
-Able to work in environments with pets
-You may be required to wear a face mask and shoe covers while on the job site

Technology Requirements
-Computer with Access to Internet, Email, Smartphone with Voicemail, Camera, Label Maker

Physical Demands
-Can lift 40 pounds, climb stairs, and use a step stool or small ladder. Organizing requires mental and physical stamina. Working in many different homes requires the ability to tolerate typical household odors that derive from pets, dust, smoke, or fragrances. (We do not work in excessively dirty or unsafe homes.)

Schedule:

  • Day shift, hours vary

  • Monday to Friday

  • On call

  • We rarely work on weekends, unless it's a big project or requested by our clients.


    Work Location:

  • In-person at our client's homes

  • ·Our projects change addresses all the time, and the ability to travel to different addresses

Additional Requirements:

  • Must sign Subcontractor Agreement

  • Must sign an NDA


  • Must sign a Non-Compete

  • Background Check required


    Compensation

  • Pay $25.00 per hour to start

  • Hours are not guaranteed, this is an Independent Contractor opportunity. Some weeks are

    busy and others not so much.
