The Essence---$100 Consultation
This is a one hour service bundle and is a stepping stone to a path of creating rooms that serve your needs and reflect “The Essence” of your style. Simply Fresh Interiors will advise and guide you in paint selections, color schemes and decorating ideas. Our other bundles are priced per room. However, “The Essence” is your time to talk one on one with a professional. I talk fast! We may cover more than one room in an hour! And, if you decide to add another Bundle, Simply Fresh will credit $68 toward the bundle of your choice.

Lemon Basket
Our hourly rate is $75.00(minimum two hours.) We have also put together decorating packages that may save you time and money:

▪The Essence is always paid the day of our visit.
▪Shopping is billed at $50 per hour.                  
▪Available as a guest speaker for your church or civic organization-fees will be quoted per presentation.
▪$50 referral bonus for sending Simply Fresh a new client!
▪We also offer assistance with repairs and de-clutter. Prices will be quoted for each property for this service.

Recipe of Zest---Interior Redesign
This service bundle is designed to bring the “Zest” to your home or business. We will start with a one hour professional consultation, “The Essence.” Then while you are away, we will do a full room makeover. This recipe makes the old feel new again! We will use your existing furnishings and accessories and other items. Choose “Zest” for an expertly re-arranged, Simply Fresh, updated look. This is a lot of juice for only a few lemons!

Twist of Flavor---Decorating & Shopping
If you have some great pieces of furniture you really like, but don’t have the time, energy or know how to achieve a signature look, this “Twist” is for you! This service will begin with our one hour “The Essence” consultation where we will assess the needs and style for the room. We will develop a budget and shopping list. The “Twist
of Flavor” is like adding a twist of fresh lemon to your
ice tea! The finale will end with a full day for Simply Fresh Interiors to create a beautiful newly decorated room. When we open the door to reveal your new room have the camera ready! A full service package with prices quoted at consultation.

The Orchard---Complete Decorating Service          

This service is from the ground up! That is what you get with “The Orchard." It is a complete and total transformation of your room. We begin with “The Essence” one hour consultation; this is followed by a second consultation where we present the vision for the space. We will introduce a color scheme, paint selection, fabric, artwork, lighting and furniture For a beautiful Orchard, we shop for the perfect pieces and accessories for your room. Our team will then do a full install for your new room. This complete service yields a room that will be enjoyed for years to come! This full service package with prices is quoted at consultation. The Orchard starts at $2500

Market Bulletin---Real Estate Staging
If you are selling your home, our “Market Bulletin” Real Estate Staging services add value to your bottom line. There are many homes on the market and your home needs to be the freshest to stand out above all the rest! Let us help you prepare your home with one of our two Staging services:

   ▪Staging Readiness Evaluation Report: $250---A Simply Fresh Certified Professional completes an exterior and interior evaluation and provides you with a customized check list. This list includes things you need to change, repair, clean, remove, store or highlight to show your property at its best.
 

   ▪Staging Redesign: $500---The redesign includes one decorator and assistance for up to four (4) hours. The National Association of Realtors reports that, on average, a staged home sells more than twice as quickly as a non-staged home. Staging saves you the hassle of your home sitting on the market and having to reduce your asking price.”
