My
name is Betty Gail Moody. As the owner
of
Simply Fresh Interiors, my commitment
is to bring
fresh, innovative and
magical decorating ideas for
“creating
rooms that say welcome.”
I am blessed in that my greatest
passions have always found expression in
my work. My earliest interests were in
the area of decorating. As a teenager I
sponge painted my bedroom ceiling and
lamp shades before the idea of painting
with anything but a paintbrush was main
stream. I still enjoy creating fun and
whimsical lamps shades.
After becoming a mother of four, I
redirected my creative energy into work
with children. As a teacher and an owner
of both a daycare center and a
children’s educational and entertainment
company I created original scripts,
characters and costumes to bring to life
stories, music, movement and drama to
young children. I am the author of a
children’s book,
A Magical Wish, and often give
motivational talks to children and
adults alike on the use of creativity to
pursue dreams.
